Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers knoqly.com, the public marketing site for Knoqly LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Knoqly"). It does not cover the rep and admin platform at knoqlyhq.com, which has its own privacy policy, since the two products collect different data from different people.

2. What we collect

If you book a call, the scheduling tool collects your name, email, company, and anything else you enter into it, governed by that provider's own privacy policy in addition to this one.

If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence like any business email.

Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamps) are kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

If you apply to join our sales team, we collect your name, phone, market, door-to-door experience, and, if you give them, your email and how you heard about us. If you request coaching, the form collects your name, phone number and the answers you choose. Both forms record which page, post or ad brought you to the site.

We use Google Analytics and the ChatGPT Ads pixel to measure visits and which ads lead to bookings and applications. When you submit a form, we send a one-way hashed (encrypted) version of your phone number, email address and name to OpenAI so it can match the submission to an ad you clicked. OpenAI does not receive the readable values.

3. How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold the call, and keep a record of the conversation for our own follow-up.

4. Who sees it

Knoqly staff involved in your inquiry, and the scheduling tool provider as the processor of your booking. We do not sell your information or share it with data brokers. We share hashed contact details with OpenAI and visit data with Google only to measure our own advertising.

5. Retention

Booking and correspondence records are kept as long as the business relationship or prospect relationship is active, plus a reasonable period after for our own records.

6. Your rights

Email legal@knoqly.com to ask what we hold about you or to request it be deleted, subject to what we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
